Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge Field Trip |
Meet at Monroe County E.E. Center Time: 7:30am - 8:30pm
Join Environmental Educator Brian Hardiman for a full day of birding adventure at this migratory hotspot on the southern New Jersey coast. A variety of waterfowl, raptors, shorebirds and other species should be seen. Participants should pack a lunch and binoculars and dress appropriately for the weather - it can be COLD and WINDY on the refuge at this season. A dinner stop will be made. Meeting time is 7:30am at MCEEC and return time is approximately 8:30pm. Cost: $20/non-member, $14/EE member and includes van transportation. Pre-registration and payment are required. Refunds will be given only if notification is made at least one week prior to the trip.
